Nice and cozy 3-bedroom hoiday villa in one of the best boutique-hotels in Bali, member of "The Leading Small Hotels of the World" chain. Resort is occupying a spectacular 90 meters high cliff above the Indian Ocean with a picturesque white sand lagoon at its foot.

"Nammos Beach Club" presides over a pristine sweep of white sand that meets a tranquil turquoise lagoon. The only access is via the resort's private elevator, which carries guests up and down 90 meters of sheer limestone cliff. The raised bamboo deck house with a dedicated kitchen, complete with traditional wood-fired pizza oven, and a bar stocked with a good selection of tropical cocktails, chilled wines and champagne and not to forget, ice-cold beer. Guests can lounge on daybeds or in private pavilions. Guests can also enjoy snorkeling or canoing in the lagoon's water.

Accommodation
Together with the unique resort experience, 3 bedroom villa Karma Cantik with its flowering tropical garden is a perfect place for the best family vacation in Bali. This is the only villa in a resort with a nice whirpool bath big enough to fit 4 people adjaccent to a private 6x4 swimming pool tiled with blue mozaic and decorated with black volcanic lava stone.

Oversized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet fully encompases the first floor. The bedroom is equiped with a luxury four poster king size bed, bedside bench, working desk and TV. You can open sliding window located in front of an oval bathtub in the bathroom to enjoy bathing with a view and feeling the fresh ocean breeze. There is an antique wooden daybed that sits on the balcony that surrounds the master bedroom and guests can enjoy reading a book while overlooking the crowns of the resort's palm trees.

From the balcony, there is a stairway to an additional bedroom on the mezzanine floor. This a very cozy and picturesque room that looks like a real tree top house. You will never want to close the folding window that has a view of the Indian Ocean and its rural landscape that surrounds the resort. There is no en-suite bathroom or a/c and the room can be used as a favorite place to sleep for teenagers or guests who better prefer natural air than conditioned.

The ground floor has two bedrooms, a living room looking to the pool, pool deck and garden. One bedroom is equipped with a queen size double bed and an open-air shower with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equiped with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with indoor shower.

Location.
The villa's resort is located on the southern side of Bali's Bukit peninsula, just 30 minutes from Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport. It offers the most spectacular view of the ocean from a cliff covered with tropical plants. Nearby is the famous Uluwatu temple, GWK Park with the giant head of the Hindu god Vishnu and a once a day Kecak fire-dance show.

The villa is perfectly located with access to many venues and attractions all within a 20 minute drive. The Bukit houses many of Bali's best five star hotels and resorts, including Banyan Tree, Bvlgari, Four Seasons, St. Regis, Alila. They all offer an extensive range of Asia's best restaurants, bars and SPAs including the world's largest thalasso therapy pool in The Ayana resort. It is also home to some of Bali's most picturesque beaches and two championship golf courses. While trendy Seminyak and all its fashionable restaurants, bars and boutiques are only a 45 minute drive from villa Karma Cantik.

Villa Facilities and Services

Tall French sliding doors facing the swimming pool, make it possible to keep the living room cool or naturaly ventilated. There is an open style, fully equiped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwashing and washing machines. Guests can invite the resort's chef to enjoy a private dining experience or use kitchen to show their mastership. Kitchen is fully equiped with all the pans and amenities that you need to prepare dinner for your beloved family and friends.

In the spacious living room there is enough space for a comfortable dinner in style, served on a nice wooden table with six armchairs and a very comfortable sofa with coconut wood coffee table. The TV rack is equipped with a 36" flat screen LCD TV, Sony home cinema system, DVD player and is connected to resort's cable TV broadcasting with a good selection of International TV channels.
