Villa Kamboja offers a gem of comfort living which combines a modern architecture with Balinese style. The villa, built on 925 m2 of land, is featuring four spacious bedrooms arranged in two buildings with stunning view of its surrounding. The pool is large, set in the middle of the compound with the greenery of the garden. The unique interior design with a lot of details gives a warm impression to the guests enhancing the personality of the villa.

Villa Kamboja is accessible through the thatch-roofed gate where the parking area and the staff quarter are set on the right side. A garden with pond leads to the reception area and further to the private compound of the villa. The villa is featuring four comfortable bedrooms each with en-suited bathrooms. On the left side, two similar bedrooms are set in one level building facing immediately the pool. The two storey main building is set across the entrance featuring living and dinning area on the ground floor overlooking to the pool. The kitchen is discretely secluded behind. The upper level is featuring a bar with a large terrace and another two bedrooms one with a large balcony featuring a stunning view of rice field and ocean from the distance. The extensive pool and a concealed private Jacuzzi with a lavatory, ensuring the total comfort and relaxation are set in the middle of the tropical garden.

TERM AND CONDITIONS;

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received within two (2) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled.
Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings).

In the case of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.

Minimum Stays, Check-in and Check- out Times, and Rental Rates;

The minimum stay is generally 3 nights.

Check in time is from 2 pm and check out time is before 12 noon.
Due to high occupancy, late checkout is subject to availability.
The following charges for late Check Out:
Before 6 pm is 50% of Daily rate & After 6 pm a full day rate will be charged

Rental rates vary according to the season and are subject to change without notice.
Rates are for the entire villa and based on bedrooms in use.
Event venue party, additional a full day rate will be charged.
