Emerald River is located in Canggu 300 meters from the beach on Nelayan Street . (Fishermen village). A typical Balinese fisherman village is close by and every morning it will be proposed to your cook fresh lobster, king size prawns, garupa… according to the catch of the day. The villa is surrounded with rice field, tropical trees as well and other high luxury villas making this very Balinese district one of the most luxurious of Bali. The villa is situated 35 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Seminyak the famous shopping and entertainment area, and 15 minutes from Nirwana one of the best Golf course in Asia

The entrance of the villa is opening directly on a large pebble washed terrace planted of palm trees, a gym on the right side, a very comfortable open space living room all surrounding an amazing 150 m2 swimming pool and a 25 m2 Jacuzzi covered by Indian slate stones.

The 2000 m2 land with different type of tropical trees including a huge mango tree is sloping down until the river 200 meters from the beach. The villa has been designed by Yoka Sara who has expressed a modern architecture but has preserved the Balinese touch with traditional material such as wood roof, terrazzo, merbau floor The furniture and equipment includes 2 satellites communication, wireless internet high speed connection, Bose sound system, LCD flat screen television.

The master bedroom equipped with ducting air conditioning, TV, DVD, sound system.. features a king size bed with mosquito net, a dressing, and an en suite bathroom, and a separate office which can be transformed into an extra junior room. The bathroom features two basins, a shower, a separate toilet, a makeup table and an outdoor terrazzo bath tub situated on a private terrace. From the upper level, guests can admire the India Ocean situated 200 meters from the villa. On the ground floor of this building there are two air conditioned bedrooms en suite dressing and bathroom all with separate toilet, shower and 2 basins.

The corridor is leading the guests to the air conditioned TV room and library and to a second master bedroom fully equipped featuring a king size bed with mosquito net a separate office space which can be transformed into an extra junior room, a dressing, and an en suite bathroom (similar to the other master en suite bathroom).

TERM AND CONDITIONS;

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received within two (2) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled.
Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings).

In the case of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.

Minimum Stays, Check-in and Check- out Times, and Rental Rates;

The minimum stay is generally 3 nights.

Check in time is from 2 pm and check out time is before 12 noon.
Due to high occupancy, late checkout is subject to availability.
The following charges for late Check Out:
Before 6 pm is 50% of Daily rate & After 6 pm a full day rate will be charged

Rental rates vary according to the season and are subject to change without notice.
Rates are for the entire villa and based on bedrooms in use.
Event venue party, additional a full day rate will be charged.
